Our Rec Tech program gives players the opportunity to develop their basic skills (including technical, physical and social skills) in a fun and engaging setting. The weekly 1-hour session consist of various skills exercises as well as small games on a rotational basis. Players are grouped by age and gender and will get exposure to multiple coaches and facets of the game.
Note that U14-U18 players participating in the Rec Tech program may be integrated into our Competitive Skills Centre sessions where appropriate. This would aim to provide players additional exposure to a higher level of play and to our Academy Staff.
Staff Coach: Kylen Grant
