Part of our mission is to create meaningful pathways for dedicated athletes that extend far beyond their youth soccer years.
At the core of this pathway is the opportunity to compete at the professional level in our home city, representing Ottawa through our partnership with Atlético Ottawa, a significant and powerful step for players aspiring to the professional game.
From there, the pathway expands globally through the Atlético de Madrid family, connecting local talent to the highest levels of the sport and the dream of competing on the world stage, including in Europe. This global model is further strengthened through our Latin American connection with Atlético San Luis in Mexico, reinforcing a truly international development network.
This pathway supports both boys and girls, with a strong history of high performance women progressing to elite post-secondary programs across the United States, alongside key alumni competing professionally with the Ottawa Rapid.
At every stage, our focus remains on development, exposure, and creating opportunities for players to achieve their highest potential.
