Atlético Ottawa Juniors works with valued organizations and community partners to help families needing support for their child (or children) to be able to play soccer and be healthy.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

Three of the more popular financial assistance programs are shown below. These are 3rd party organizations separate from Atlético Ottawa Juniors and they are the starting point for any family seeking financial assistance for our programming.

Members will need to apply directly with the organization (click on the Apply buttons).

JUMPSTART

Individual Child Grants that help families in financial need cover the costs of participating in sport and recreation.

KIDSPORT OTTAWA

Provides grants which help cover registration fees for all Ottawa kids aged 18 and under who wish to play a season of sport.

National children’s charity that delivers and subsidizes local sport for development and community engagement programming.

    • Families can register for one or more of these programs

    • Send in your application as soon as possible as it can take up to 8 weeks to be processed

    • Financial assistance programs do not share your financial situation with the club.

    • Qualifying families may be given further financial assistance pending approval from the Board of Directors. Again, this will only be considered after the family has been successfully approved by one of the financial assistance programs shown above.

  • Steps to follow

    • Apply to a financial assistance program of your choice. You can apply for more than one, if needed

    • Once a confirmation email is received, fill in the Financial Assistance Form below and attach this confirmation email.

    • Pay any fees that are more than the financial assistance that you have been approved for. You may contact admin@aojuniors.com to make payment arrangements. Please do not delay doing this.

  • 3 children – $105 off
  • 4 children – $160 off
  • 5 children – $225 off

Atlético Ottawa Juniors provides a family discount for families registering 3 or more children in the club for a single season. The discounts will be applied to children who register for the following: Grassroots Programs (not Skills Centre), U9-U18 Open/Recreational and U9-U18 Base Competitive registration ONLY.

MORE DISCOUNTS

  • Adult league quantity discounts

    For Adult players playing in multiple open/recreational leagues at Atlético Ottawa Juniors, the club offers a $50 discount to those playing in three leagues in a single season, and a $100 discount to those playing in four leagues in a single season.

  • Senior discount

    A senior discount of 10% is also offered to senior players playing in Atlético Ottawa Juniors programs. To qualify, players must be 60 years of age or older in the season that they are playing in. Qualifying players are asked to please contact admin@aojuniors.com prior to registering in order to receive this discount.
