SOCCER FOR LIFE
Atlético Ottawa Juniors fields teams in various Ottawa-Carleton Soccer League (OCSL) divisions.
OCSL-level teams will be managed by the team captain/manager. If interested in one of these teams, please fill out this interest form and the team captain may contact you if there's room.
Alternatively, individual players who are just looking to play local adult soccer are encouraged to register for our Women's Rec leagues or Coed Rec league.
Eligibility: born 2008 or earlier
• Tryout may be required for competitive teams
Season dates (approx.): May - September
Location: various fields within Ottawa
Registration fee: to be confirmed by team captain
• Fee per player between $280 - $400
Adult Teams Registration
All teams — Competitive (WC2) & Recreational (WR1) — follow the same team-based registration process.
Team are registered by a team captain is the only manager of the team and in charge of the process.
Teams register as a group, not as individual players.

Team Captains will receive all season-related information (schedules, league details, and next steps) prior to the start of the season.
Individual Players
Individual players who do not already belong to a team may submit an Expression of Interest. Please note that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee placement on a team. Availability depends on team needs and roster space. Interest form - click here
As an alternative, players can register for our Recreational Coed League, or our Women's Rec Leagues which is the best and most reliable way to participate in the season without needing to form a team in advance.

Note that these are subject to change and are not under AOJ's control. Once published, full schedules can be found on the OCSL website.
Players are required to wear their usual cleats and shin pads to games. Uniforms will be managed on a team basis and the process may differ across groups/levels - please communicate this with the relevant team coach/manager once teams are formed.
