Adult Teams Registration

All teams — Competitive (MC2), Recreational (MR), and Old Timers (OT3) — follow the same team-based registration process.

• Team are registered by a team captain is the only manager of the team and in charge of the process.

• Teams register as a group, not as individual players.

• The Team Captain is responsible for:

• Paying the single team registration fee and collecting payment directly from teammates
• Making sure all players are registered on PowerUp

Team Captains will receive all season-related information (schedules, league details, and next steps) prior to the start of the season.

Individual Players

Individual players who do not already belong to a team may submit an Expression of Interest. Please note that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee placement on a team. Availability depends on team needs and roster space. Interest form - click here

As an alternative,  players can register for our Recreational Men's League, which is the best and most reliable way to participate in the season without needing to form a team in advance.Further information on the Recreational Men League registration can be found on our website.

Anticipated game nights:

• MC2: Monday nights
• MR6: Wednesday nights
• OT3: Friday nights

Players are required to wear their usual cleats and shin pads to games. Uniforms will be managed on a team basis and the process may differ across groups. More information will be provided by your team manager.
