Teams will be formed on arrival each week and players will participate in a series of short matches for the duration of the session. Each game is led by a game leader who keeps the game flowing and encourages players to be their own leaders. 

Sessions are run by our most talented senior youth players, who are beginning their coaching journey at the club. Players are required to wear protective shin guards and shoes at all sessions (can be bought at any sports store). Soccer cleats are allowed and recommended for all age groups.

The registration fee includes an Atlético Ottawa Juniors training shirt, shorts, and socks. The uniform will be handed prior to the season on a uniform handout date (to be announced). Players are required to wear this uniform at all games.
